Another Great Auction from Doncaster Auction Centre, including Jewellery, Collectibles, Vintage, Retro, A Real Eclectic Mix
A collection of four necklaces. The first is a ‘Titanic’ Heart of the Ocean style necklace, featuring a large heart-shaped pendant set with a deep blue faceted glass stone, surrounded by numerous small, round faceted clear glass simulants. The pendant is suspended from a ‘tennis necklace’ style chain also set with small, round faceted clear glass simulants. The reverse of the pendant features a small, clear faceted glass simulant set within a star design and an engraved pattern. The metal is silver-colored.
Accompanying this are three additional pendants on two darker, linked chains. One chain holds two oval pendants, both showcasing an iridescent bright blue material, consistent with butterfly wing fragments under a clear covering. The smaller of these two oval pendants is marked ‘STERLING’ on its reverse. The final necklace features a single round pendant with a similar iridescent deep blue material, possibly depicting a pattern, also consistent with butterfly wing jewelry. The metal for these items is silver-colored, with the marked pendant being Sterling Silver.
