A pair of vintage sterling silver and marcasite brooches, dating to the early to mid-20th century. Comprising one designed as a bow and the other as a floral spray. Both pieces are adorned with numerous small, faceted marcasite stones; the floral brooch additionally features a central cream-colored pearl. A faint ‘STERLING’ mark is visible on the reverse of the floral brooch. Their overall style, with naturalistic motifs, is consistent with the Art Deco period or earlier.
