A set of six Ercol Windsor-style dining chairs, dating from the mid-20th century. Each chair features a curved wooden spindle back with a distinctive central carved medallion, solid turned legs, and an upholstered drop-in seat cushion. The frames are constructed from a medium-dark stained wood, characteristic of the manufacturer. The cushions are covered in a patterned fabric featuring a repeating organic motif in green and white tones. A manufacturer’s label is visible on one chair, reading ‘ERCOL’ in the center, encircled by ‘MADE IN HIGH WYCOMBE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE ENGLAND’.
