An early 20th-century album or scrapbook, dated 1916, bound in red textured material (likely cloth or leatherette) with decorative endpapers and multi-colored cardstock pages. Its contents display a variety of artistic styles, including a pencil drawing of two stylized baby-like figures inscribed “No more kissing ’cause you slobbers.” and signed “C.H. Oct. 5th 1916.” Also present is a naturalistic watercolor of a yellow rose signed “M. Wrebman, Hondswelt” (or similar), and a detailed Art Nouveau-style ink drawing of a reclining female figure.
