This glazed ceramic vase features a deep, dark blue body adorned with high-relief naturalistic decoration. Several brown-glazed birds, resembling quails or partridges, including both adults and chicks, emerge from the base. A textured, coiled element, possibly depicting a snake or vine with a beaded surface, wraps around the body, concluding with subtle floral accents near the base. The rim and the unglazed foot are finished in a contrasting tan-brown color. The underside is unglazed brown pottery, bearing no visible manufacturer’s marks or text.
