A vintage, cylindrical metal tin, likely steel or tinplate, featuring a predominant red and white color scheme characteristic of mid-20th century utilitarian industrial packaging. The tin contains, or serves as packaging for, a “HARRISON curtain rod,” with a white rod, possibly plastic or painted metal, protruding from its center. Visible text on the side includes “HARRISON,” “curtain rod,” “EXCISED EXPANDING RUSTPROOF,” “100 FT.,” and “NO. 816P,” alongside an ‘H’ logo within a square. The top surface also features “HARRISON,” “curtain rod,” “Made in England,” and partially visible text “plastic…” arranged circularly. A small white sticker with the number “1523” is affixed to the top.
