Another Great Auction from Doncaster Auction Centre, including Jewellery, Collectibles, Vintage, Retro, A Real Eclectic Mix
A diverse collection of decorative porcelain tableware, predominantly featuring the Royal Crown Derby ‘Kings’ pattern. The ‘Kings’ pattern items display ornate, multi-color floral motifs in an Imari-style palette of black, red, orange, and gold, with extensive gilt accents and ruffled or scalloped edges. This group includes two fluted footed bowls, a large central bowl, a rectangular dish, an oval dish marked with a white sticker reading “3923”, a small lidded pot, and two scalloped plates. Also present are two teacup and saucer sets; one features delicate pink florals, and the other displays a Rococo-style genre scene with green borders. The overall aesthetic suggests European manufacture, consistent with the late 19th to early 20th century period.
