A three-piece Franz Hermle garniture clock set, crafted in the French Provincial or Rococo Revival style. The set comprises a central mantel clock and two matching decorative urns. Each piece is predominantly constructed from ornate gilded metal, featuring extensive scrollwork and foliate motifs. The clock’s white enamel dial, marked “France” at the 6 o’clock position and bearing a “3920” sticker, displays black Arabic numerals and painted floral garlands around the center. All three pieces incorporate multiple hand-painted porcelain panels, depicting pastoral scenes with figures and landscapes. The clock also features decorative columns with painted panels. Accompanying paperwork, dated 1999, includes “Operating instructions for Clocks with Self-Adjusting Escapement” in English and “Mode d’emploi pour Pendules à Sonnerie” in French. This set dates to the late 19th to early 20th-century period.
