A Bay Keramik German art pottery vase, dating to circa mid-20th century. The ceramic vase features a tall, ovoid form with a flared rim and constricted neck. The body is fluted or swirled, tapering towards the base. It is glazed in a transitional style, with a dark brown glaze on the rim, neck, and a decorative band around the upper body. This band exhibits a subtle relief pattern. The main body is finished with a mottled, speckled beige and light brown glaze. The base is impressed with ‘BAY’ and ‘GERMANY’, along with numerical markings ’51’ and ’20’. A yellow sticker displaying ‘3927’ is affixed to the side.
