Another Great Auction from Doncaster Auction Centre, including Jewellery, Collectibles, Vintage, Retro, A Real Eclectic Mix
This lot comprises a diverse assembly of vintage and possibly antique items. The most prominent item is a large blue hardcover book titled “Royalties of the World: Being a Series of Portraits in Colour of Reigning Families of the Civilized World” by Rudolf De Cordova, featuring elaborate gold tooling with a crown, wreath, and the initials “R.V.I.” Also included are a smaller, worn “Special JUBILEE Issue GENERAL COOKERY BOOK” with an illustrated cover, and a red hardcover book marked “KELLY’S HANDBOOK” dated “1959.” The collection further includes a lidded reddish-brown wooden jar exhibiting a crazed finish, a rectangular ceramic lidded box in white with cobalt blue and tan relief decoration including a central shell motif, two small red and white cardboard boxes labeled “NATIONAL ELECTRONICS” with an “NL” logo, and an oval terracotta-toned dish with a white glazed interior featuring a raised abstract pattern.
