A pair of Corgi ‘The Aviation Archive: Military Air Power’ die-cast scale model aircraft, each at 1:144 scale. The lot comprises a D.H. Comet C.4 of the RAF Transport Command (model 48503) and a Bristol Britannia 253 (C.Mk 1) XM-496 of the Royal Air Force Transport Command. Both models depict mid-20th century military aviation aircraft. Constructed from die-cast metal and/or plastic, the models are presented within their original clear plastic and white foam protective packaging.
