Another New Auction
A set of six Ercol Windsor dining chairs, exhibiting a Mid-Century Modern interpretation of a spindle-back or Windsor style. Each chair is constructed from a light to medium-stained hardwood, featuring an arched crest rail with a distinctive carved circular motif in the center of the backrest, and saddled seats fitted with removable cushions upholstered in a green and white botanical leaf pattern. Each chair bears the circular gold ‘ERCOL MADE IN HIGH WYCOMBE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE ENGLAND’ sticker on the underside.
