He is shown crouching on a sandy-colored base, holding a pink starfish, with a blue bucket and another pink shell nearby, creating a beach scene. The base features the green Royal Doulton England maker’s mark, ‘Fine Bone China,’ ‘Made in England,’ ‘Doulton & Co. Limited,’ the model number HN 2663, the copyright year 1960, multiple ‘Rd No’ registration numbers, a handwritten ’33,’ and a small blue dot.
