Another New Auction
A collection of Morgan Silver Dollars. This lot consists of approximately 18 silver-toned metallic coins and medallions, predominantly from the mid to late 20th century and originating from the British Commonwealth. Several pieces display a profile of Queen Elizabeth II, often bearing the Latin inscription “ELIZABETH II D G REG F D” (Elizabeth the Second, By the Grace of God, Queen, Defender of the Faith). Visible dates range from 1953 to 1977, and imagery includes heraldic crowns, eagles, equestrian figures, and national symbols from countries such as New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa. Denominations like “TWO SHILLINGS” and “ONE CROWN” are also apparent. The items show varying levels of circulation wear and minor toning, with several individually protected in plastic sleeves or rigid holders.
