Another New Auction
A pair of 19th Century kettles. The larger example is a traditional copper kettle with a bulbous body, a curved spout, and a hinged brass handle with a central brass grip, topped by a brass finial on the lid. The smaller item is a distinctively square-bodied kettle, possibly a spirit lamp or miniature travel kettle, constructed from patinated brass or bronze, featuring a short spout, a swing handle with a turned wooden grip, and four small feet.
