Another New Auction
A varied assortment of flatware and serving utensils, primarily crafted from a silver-toned metal, likely silver plate, with some pieces potentially sterling. The collection exhibits a range of styles, from simple spoons and forks to more decorative items. Many pieces feature handles of cream-colored material, possibly bone or ivory, and mother-of-pearl. The lot includes two cased sets: one is a small, black-cased set of six uniform utensils, possibly forks or small spoons, presented in a white satin-lined interior; the other is a larger, partially open black box with a yellow interior tray holding a mix of more ornate serving pieces, including knives with cream handles and decorative forks. Among the loose items, a variety of spoons, forks, serving ladles, and tongs are present. One small souvenir spoon clearly displays the word “HAPPY” above a floral design, with additional initials below.
