Another New Auction
A collection of six collector’s plates. Two plates, signed “Norman Rockwell,” are titled “Dreaming in the Attic” and “Waiting on the Shore,” manufactured by Knowles (or Edwin M. Knowles) and accompanied by Certificates of Authenticity. The remaining four plates depict iconic Parisian landmarks: “La Cathédrale Notre-Dame,” “Le Marché aux Fleurs et la Conciergerie,” “L’Arc de Triomphe,” and “L’Hôtel de Ville de Paris.” These plates are also accompanied by Certificates of Authenticity, some bearing the mark of The Hamilton Collection. Each plate is presented in its original styrofoam packaging with accompanying paperwork. Likely ceramic or porcelain, suggesting a late 20th to early 21st-century production period.
