Another New Auction
A pair of framed prints by Ronald Norman Folland (1932-1999), titled ‘Spires of Paris’ and ‘Café Quai’. Each print is executed in a muted illustrative style, signed ‘Folland’ in the lower right corner, and housed under glass or acrylic. They are presented within wide, flat wooden frames, featuring a textured, warm brown matting, possibly burlap or linen, and a black inner liner. One print depicts a teal-toned, spire-filled urban scene with bridges over a waterway (‘Spires of Paris’), while the other features a sepia-toned river panorama with buildings and trees (‘Café Quai’). Both items are prints on paper, likely dating from the mid-20th century.
