This lot comprises three decorative commemorative plates. Two plates are identified as Royal Albert Bone China with gilt rims. The first Royal Albert plate, dated 1996, features a full calendar for that year within an “Old Country Roses” floral border, with the pattern marked © 1962. The second Royal Albert plate depicts “THE COACHING INN AT CHRISTMAS” from original artwork by F.F. Errill, marked © 1994. The third plate commemorates “100 YEARS OF PROGRESS” from “1880 ~ 1980” with a “SOLIDARITY” theme and a miner motif for the “DERBYSHIRE AREA”. This plate is presented in a red cardboard box bearing a crest and the text “ROYAL DERBY PORCELAIN”.
