Another New Auction
A collection of nine decorative figurines, dating from the late 20th to early 21st century, comprising six ceramic or porcelain figures and three resin or composite material figures. The ceramic/porcelain figures include two taller female figures in white dresses with blue accents (one holding a hat, the other with a blue sash), a white owl on a gourd, and three smaller figures of young girls in bonnets and dresses, two holding flower baskets and one holding flowers, consistent with the style of Sandra Kuck’s ‘Yesterdays Child’ series. The resin or composite material figures depict a large teddy bear holding a smaller one, a young boy in a plaid shirt petting a black dog, and a young boy seated on a bench with an animal and fruit. The overall style is representational and sentimental.
The largest figure measures 10 inches high.
