Another New Auction
A diverse collection comprising two ornate, silver-toned metal teapots or coffee pots with scrolled handles and bases, featuring elaborate repoussé or chased decoration consistent with Victorian or Edwardian style. Accompanying metalware includes a stemmed goblet, a tall bud vase, a candlestick, a small spoon, a hammered bowl, and a plain cup, all appearing to be silver-plated or a similar alloy. Also present are three ceramic figurines: two larger, white-glazed figures of a boy and girl in period attire, and a smaller, brightly painted figure of a Black man holding a watermelon. The lot is completed by a dark circular box with a raised decorative lid and a small plain brown rectangular box. No discernible manufacturer’s marks or translatable text are visible.
