Another New Auction
A 19th Century circular oak snuff box. This round, flat wooden item is constructed from a light-colored hardwood, likely oak, exhibiting a pronounced grain. A central, round silver-colored metal inlay is set flush into the wood, bearing intricate script engraving that reads “W.H.S”, “1850”, and “J.H.”. It appears to be an antique object or component, possibly a box lid or counter.
