A collection of framed artworks, featuring a diverse range of periods and styles. The collection includes two 18th/19th-century hand-colored engravings from William Hogarth’s *A Rake’s Progress*, identified as “N° 3” and “N° 4,” depicting “The Rake’s Progress at the University” and specifically “Gets possession of the porter’s wife and child / And throws the porter into a ditch” and “No more that day his tutor’s books should feel / His presence on the hallowed ground of Revel.” Also present is a 20th-century architectural print, signed “Claes Oldenburg” and dated “1990,” illustrating “The London Hospital.” Further items comprise a woodcut print of a musical quartet, signed “R.W.”; two framed watercolor or print depictions of windmills; a contemporary color photograph of a tidal landscape labeled “TOPSHAM” and “Photo © by Andy Squires ’05”; and a larger, semi-abstract modern cityscape painting. Frames vary from traditional wooden styles to modern silver-toned metal.
