Another New Auction
This lot comprises three cardboard boxes containing a diverse assortment of vintage and antique items. The top box holds a large brass-colored ornamental vase with embossed decoration, a wooden and glass “Gestetner Writing & Tracing Frame,” a cast iron industrial component, and a large round metallic reel or gauge featuring a central dial marked “FULL,” “EMPTY,” and “KEEP CLEAN & OIL.” Also present are several small wooden and metal boxes, one adorned with decorative pressed metalwork. The middle box contains an assortment of vintage kitchenware, including a metal colander, various wire baskets, cooking utensils, a wood-backed thermometer, a small domestic scale, and several packaged items such as a “Battery POWER MIXER” and a “Masterpiece Standard Stainless Steel MIXER with synchronized beaters,” alongside other miscellaneous household items. The bottom box is filled with hardcover books, specifically multiple volumes of the “BRITISH MEDICAL JOURNAL” from 1951 (Vol. I & II), and a series of green-bound volumes, partially legible as “Virtues of… Household Poultry Garden Farm…” and labeled with volume numbers.
