A WWII US Navy Lieutenant Aviation Green Uniform Jacket and Trousers with Bullion Wing. This lot comprises a vintage dress uniform set, consisting of an olive drab woven fabric jacket and matching trousers. The single-breasted jacket features four external flap pockets and epaulets, and is secured with US Marine Corps insignia buttons. Visible insignia includes an embroidered winged badge on the left breast pocket, consistent with a bullion aviation wing. On each cuff, two dark horizontal stripes with a five-pointed star above them typically denote the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade in the US Navy. A handwritten fabric tag on the front identifies the items as “US MARINE DRESS JACKET & TROUSER.”
