The second item is a dark green synthetic aircrew survival vest, identified by a prominent white label as “VEST, SURVIVAL, AIRCREW, TYPE: SV-2B/P,” manufactured by GENTEX CORP. under “CONTRACT NO. DLA100-88-C-0604” (indicating a 1988 contract date), and specified as “SIZE: UNIVERSAL.” The vest is equipped with numerous grey webbing straps, metal buckles, and D-rings, a front zipper, and multiple pockets.
