Another New Auction
A diverse collection of printed paper ephemera, predominantly from the 20th century, featuring several World War II-era items. This lot includes a large ‘Daily Express War Map of the Pacific’ printed in nine colours, a red-covered ‘Daily Mail World War Atlas (New Edition)’ priced at 2/6 NET, and a group of ‘MILITARY EDITION’ folded maps of ‘ENGLAND, NORTH EAST,’ with one clearly marked ‘WAR REVISION 1940’ and referencing ‘GOOLE & PONTEFRACT.’ Also present is a ‘Union Jack’ periodical dated Saturday, November 14th, 1936, priced at 2D, and a ‘United Review Manchester United Football Club Official Programme’ from the 1984-85 season, specifically Wednesday, November 28th, 1984, priced at 35p. Further items comprise a smaller, faded booklet titled ‘The Earthly History of…’ by A. A. Coles and a partially visible ‘T-Bits Atlas.’ The items are constructed from printed paper, with some having card covers.
