Another New Auction
A collection comprising approximately 14-16 assorted table lamps and lamp components. The lot includes various bases, shades, and electrical fittings, showcasing a range of styles from modern and industrial, exemplified by a copper-toned adjustable desk lamp, to more traditional and ornate designs such as brass-toned column lamps, a figurative ceramic base depicting a woman, and a fringed pale green fabric shade. Simpler ceramic and metallic bases with plain or floral designs are also present. Materials observed include polished and brushed metals (brass, copper-toned), various ceramics (cream, white with pink floral, blue and white patterned), woven bamboo, and fabric shades in cream, light blue, and dark blue. Many items are presented as bases with exposed bulb holders, lacking shades or bulbs. Visible white or black wiring is terminated with standard UK 3-pin plugs, some clearly marked “FUSED” and either “3A” or “13A”.
