A square-top occasional table crafted from dark, carved wood, featuring a recessed brass panel top. The brass panel is elaborately decorated with etched or embossed floral and geometric motifs, including a raised central section with a scalloped edge and fluted details. The wooden frame of the tabletop and the four legs are extensively carved with floral or foliate patterns. The legs are connected by an X-shaped stretcher, also featuring carved elements. No discernible text or maker’s marks are visible.
