ANOTHER GREAT
A group of three British commemorative medals. The first is a silver-tone medal featuring a bust of Queen Victoria, inscribed “HER MAJESTY VICTORIA QUEEN” and “THE SCHOOL BOARD 1887”. It is suspended from a bar marked “MAY 1889” with a pin attachment, and its reverse displays a textual inscription. The second is a larger gold-tone medal commemorating “QUEEN ELIZABETH II CORONATION JUNE 1953”, depicting a crowned bust of the Queen on the obverse and an equestrian figure on the reverse. The third is a silver-tone medal with a suspension loop, celebrating “HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II SILVER JUBILEE”, featuring a crowned bust of the Queen on the obverse and the “EIIR” monogram on the reverse.
