ANOTHER GREAT
This lot comprises three distinct metal items, all appearing to be patinated base metal, likely brass or bronze. The primary item is a Scottish Clan Campbell ‘Ne Obliviscaris’ crest badge brooch, featuring a dragon-like head crest within a buckled strap, inscribed with the Latin motto ‘NE OBLIVISCARIS’ (Do not forget). Below it, to the left, is a decorative pendant or charm depicting a bird, possibly a heron or crane, within an ornate circular frame. The third item, located bottom right, is an octagonal metal tag with a suspension hole, clearly engraved with ‘N.C.B.’, ‘BENTLEY’, and ‘V 27’. All three pieces exhibit surface wear, scratches, and darkened patination commensurate with their apparent age and use.
