A diverse collection of nine items, comprising a French 1925 banknote featuring Hector Berlioz, bearing text including “BANQUE,” “LE SECRETAIRE GÉNÉRAL,” “LE CONTROLEUR GÉNÉRAL,” and “CAISSIER GÉNÉRAL.” The two coins include a worn bronze British ‘ONE PENNY’ from the reign of George II (RE: G II) and a dark metal ‘£1’ trade token from ‘STAINLAND & M. C. COOP. SOCTY. LIMITED’. Also present is a multi-striped fabric ribbon bar. The five medals consist of a tarnished oval silver-tone example bearing a crest and the partial Latin inscription “VICI… OMNIA… LABOR” (“Labor conquers all things / I have conquered all things by labor”) with “CONGRESSUS”; a circular silver-tone medal commemorating “THE MAKERS OF ELEV…” presented “BY THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LONDON TO H.M. KING GEORGE V AND H.M. QUEEN MARY MAY 1911,” featuring the ‘GR’ royal cypher; a heavily tarnished bronze circular medal depicting classical figures; a tarnished oval dark bronze medal featuring a robed figure; and a tarnished gold-tone oval medal depicting a winged, robed figure.
