ANOTHER GREAT
A collection of eight vintage and commemorative sporting medals and medallions. Primarily crafted from base metals, these items feature gold-tone, silver-tone, and bronze-tone finishes, with some incorporating enamel or painted details. The assortment includes a large silver-tone medal depicting volleyball players, marked “VOLLEYBALL”; a gold-tone oval medal featuring table tennis bats; a gold-tone circular medal with a runner and the text “TEVIOTDALE HALF MARATHON”; and a silver-tone circular medal displaying an archery target with the text “BOWMEN OF ADEL”. Also present are a gold-tone circular medal showing a crown and sword, inscribed “LANSDALE HILL CLIMB 1968 WINNER”; a bronze-tone medal depicting a golfer on a green field; a silver-tone oval medal portraying a runner, dated “1977”; and a small, ornate bronze-tone medal with an unidentifiable or worn obverse design.
