ANOTHER GREAT
This collection comprises various sets of cutlery and serving pieces, primarily featuring cream-colored handles, likely ivorine or bone, paired with silver-toned metal components. A decorative two-piece serving or fish set, consistent with Edwardian fish servers, is distinguished by an ornately pierced scrollwork design on its large knife blade and is housed in a blue velvet-lined case. A smaller blue hinged case holds a two-piece knife and fork dessert set, with its interior lid clearly stamped “W. Greenwood & Sons, 5, New Street, Huddersfield, 92 & 93 Briggate, Leeds.” A large cased set includes six knives and six forks, with some knife blades visibly marked “STAINLESS STEEL,” presented in a patterned fabric box with a champagne satin lining. A separate carving fork with a guard and a decorative handle, along with other loose cutlery items, are also present.
