ANOTHER GREAT
A collection of eleven ceramic items, attributed to Ceramica Olympia Greece, comprising ten plates of various sizes and one footed bowl. The lot includes five blue and white pieces, featuring a large pierced-rim wall plate, a footed bowl (marked ‘$15.00’), and three smaller plates (one with a partial ‘HAND’ sticker, another marked ‘$8.00’), all decorated with traditional floral patterns. The remaining six pieces are brightly colored, including an oval platter with a brown and orange botanical design, and five round plates displaying vibrant, hand-painted-style floral motifs (one marked ‘$10.00’). One of these multi-colored plates features a darker, more detailed scene of birds and flowers with gold rim accents. These pieces exhibit a folk art aesthetic, with some designs reminiscent of European folk pottery or Delftware, and others suggesting Eastern European or Mediterranean origins.
