Buyer's premium:

A collection of WWII Era military correspondence and ephemera, comprising numerous paper documents including letters, envelopes (many marked “BY AIR MAIL” with red and blue stripes), postcards, and amateur radio QSL cards. Visible call signs on the QSL cards include G2ADM, G2WW, NL514 PA-COUNTRY, D4AVI, G4MI, and G3HZN. Also present are an instructional booklet titled “INSTRUMENT FLIGHT PART ONE” from the “TRAINING DIVISION AERONAUTICS NAVY,” various forms, and a small, dark booklet or passport-like item bearing “SOUTHERN RHODESIA” and a word that appears to be “Loosely.” Dates such as “October 7, 1957” are visible on some materials, indicating a mid-20th-century period. The collection is housed within a rectangular, dark-colored metal box with an open hinged lid. The items are primarily made of paper and cardstock with ink, and the box is metal.
