A two-piece vintage etched brass mortar and pestle set. The mortar features a flared rim, a tapering body, and a stepped foot, with its exterior decorated by incised patterns including a geometric band below the rim and a prominent scrollwork or foliate design on the mid-body. The accompanying pestle is cylindrical with shaped ends, also displaying incised lines. No discernible manufacturer’s marks or textual inscriptions are visible.
