ANOTHER GREAT
A vintage Delta Powerlite electric lantern, constructed predominantly from painted, hammered-finish metal with a brass-toned reflector rim. It features a heart-shaped metal carrying handle and a hexagonal base. The top surface is embossed with manufacturer information and operating instructions, including “Delta POWERLITE LANTERN”, “USE G.E. NO. 502 BULB IN TOP REFLECTOR”, “USE G.E. NO. 425 BULB IN FRONT REFLECTOR”, “TO INSERT STANDARD 6-VOLT LANTERN BATTERY DEPRESS LATCH, TURN BOTTOM LEFT”, “DELTA ELECTRIC COMPANY”, “MARION, INDIANA”, “MADE IN U.S.A.”, and “PAT. NO. 2043591”. A triangular Delta logo sticker and an “1009” inventory label are affixed to the main body.
