This lot comprises five ceramic ensembles: two white pitcher-and-basin sets, one smaller pitcher with a matching saucer, one tall handled jug, and one handled cup with a matching plate. All pieces are crafted from white ceramic or porcelain and feature various multi-color floral transferware patterns, including delicate pink, yellow, and green bouquets, and bolder red poppies. The style of the floral patterns is characteristic of 20th-century English transferware, often associated with ‘rose’ motifs on bone china. Several items display scalloped or wavy edges, with some accented by gilt or light green rims. Two pitchers bear white rectangular stickers with the handwritten numbers ‘1111’ and ‘111’.
