A two-tiered decorative stand, constructed from a central column and tiered base of off-white painted material, likely cast metal or resin, supporting two round clear glass shelves. The design incorporates classical-inspired elements, including a fluted column segment, acanthus leaf and scroll motifs on the square base, and stylized foliate supports beneath the upper shelf. The stand is topped with a decorative artichoke or pineapple-form finial, which also functions as a looped handle. A small, illegible white sticker is affixed to the edge of the lower glass shelf.
