A collection of six ceramic bird figurines, sculpted in a realistic style, depicting various passerine birds and an owl. The lot includes a prominent Barn Owl figurine marked ‘W. GOEBEL’, ‘W. Germany’, and dated ‘1975’, with the species name also in German (‘Schleiereule’) and French (‘Chouette Effraie’). Another figurine, a Bullfinch, is identified as ‘BONE CHINA’, ‘ROYAL WORCESTER’, ‘MADE IN ENGLAND’, and numbered ‘3238’. A third figurine also bears ‘Goebel’ and ‘W. Germany’ marks. Other birds depicted include a robin, a blue tit, and two other small brown passerine birds.
