A contemporary sterling silver engagement ring, hallmarked “925” on the interior of the band. The ring features a large, oval-cut purple gemstone, likely amethyst, securely set with prongs. It is flanked on each side by triangular clusters of smaller, round, colorless gemstones, possibly simulants, set into the shoulders of the band, which incorporates an openwork undergallery. The ring is presented in a black velvet-lined display box.
