Another Great Auction
A Mdina Glass ‘Blue Crizzle’ vase, designed by Eric Dobson, of squat, globular form with a flared rim, crafted from vibrant blue blown glass featuring an abstract, mottled pattern in shades of blue, green, and ochre. It bears a white sticker on its side marked with a distinctive cross-like logo and the text ‘MDINA GLASS MALTA’, identifying the maker and origin. The second item is a clear to light green-tinted art glass basket-form object with a thick, rounded handle, featuring an internal dark blue and yellow swirl at its base. A yellow rectangular sticker with an inventory number, possibly ‘583T’ (reversed in some views), is affixed to its base.
