A collection of approximately 90-100 mid-to-late 20th-century paperback books. The majority are Penguin Books, identifiable by their characteristic orange, green, and light blue spines featuring the distinctive penguin logo. Other publishers include Fontana, Pan, and Hamlyn. Notable authors and titles visible include Iris Murdoch, Margaret Drabble, Bram Stoker’s “Dracula,” F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby,” John Wyndham’s “The Day of the Triffids,” and Anthony Burgess’s “A Clockwork Orange.” Many spines bear ISBNs and various series numbers, with some showing small red circular stickers.
