A Polo Art Deco lift-arm lighter, made in England. Crafted from a silver-toned metal, likely plated, with a rectangular form and gently rounded edges. Both primary faces are adorned with an engraved geometric pattern, featuring a central cross-hatched rectangle bordered by linear and cross-hatched designs, consistent with engine-turned decoration typical of mid-20th-century decorative styles. Visible markings on the base include “POLO” and “MADE IN ENGLAND.” A smaller, stylized, and currently illegible mark or initial is also present near the large slotted fuel screw.
