Another Great Auction
A group of three reproduction advertising signs. The central sign, by Victory Vintage Signs, is an enamel on metal advertisement for “Milkmaid” full cream milk. It is predominantly white with blue and red lettering, featuring an illustration of a milkmaid in traditional attire. The text promotes “FULL CREAM MILK” as the “BEST SALE IN THE WORLD” with a guarantee of quality marked “on every Tin,” accompanied by “TRADE MARK” text. Flanking this central piece are two identical vertical side signs, constructed from heavy painted metal with raised lettering. These directional signs are dark green with “ENTRANCE” in white uppercase letters.
