Another Great Auction
A set of three traditional Thai lotus flower paintings. Each vertical canvas depicts stylized lotus flowers, buds, and leaves with intricate swirling decorative elements, rendered in an East Asian-inspired aesthetic. The botanicals are depicted in red and muted green tones, significantly accented with applied gold-toned metallic leaf that also forms ornate swirls and outlines. The rightmost panel features a large, textured silver-toned circular motif, also in metallic leaf. The background is a vibrant orange-yellow. The canvases are stretched over modern wooden stretcher bars, which are visible from the reverse.
Each panel measures 14 x 40 inches.
