Another Great Auction 6th November
A small, round, lidded box, likely a trinket or pillbox, crafted from a silver-colored metal, possibly an alloy or silver-plated. The piece features intricate filigree or openwork designs along its sides. The domed lid is elaborately decorated with swirling foliate or geometric motifs and is set with cabochon-style stones, alternately colored light blue (resembling turquoise) and red (resembling coral or carnelian), arranged around a central stone within a square and circular pattern. No visible text or hallmarks are present. The lid is lift-off.
