Another Great Auction 6th November
This lot comprises two circular commemorative tokens. The first is a brass-toned token featuring a stylized star logo flanked by “HOLIDAY CLUB” and “PONTIN’S” on the obverse, with a plain reverse surrounded by a laurel wreath border. The second is a silver-toned token depicting a profile bust of Queen Elizabeth II in coronation regalia, encircled by the text “CORONATION OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II” and dated “1953,” with additional text “A SOUVENIR FROM W.E.BUTLIN to the Butlin Beavers.” The reverse of this token is plain with a decorative border.
