A group of five varied commemorative medals and tokens crafted from brass, bronze, and gold or silver-toned base metals. The collection includes:
An oval bronze medallion with an integral suspension loop, featuring a stylized bird and “MONTEPIO GERAL” on its obverse, and “CAIXA ECONOMICA MONTEPIO GERAL 180º ANIVERSÁRIO 1844-1994” on its reverse.
A circular silver-toned medallion with a quatrefoil design inscribed “PRÆSTANTIA DEVOTIO TRADITIO HUMILITAS” on one side and “I R O” on a brushed reverse.
